Menu
Your evening will begin at 6:30 with a champagne and canape reception followed by dinner at 7:15 sharp.
Chef Ray Nolan will prepare a tasting menu inspired by local and Canadian produce. Unfortunately we cannot share our menus ahead of time as the menu is based on availability and seasonal produce.
